This Wonderful Hotel with a 2AA Rosette award winning Restaurant is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade.
The Exec Chef and his team have a great relationship with local farmers and fishermen to ensure the menus are fresh, seasonal and locally sourced. You’ll find traditional favourites as well as a range of contemporary dishes to choose from on the ever changing seasonal menu.
Our Client is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie who can maintain and surpass the 2AA Rosettes already held by the property.
Main Duties of this Chef de Partie opportunity are:
To follow the day to day procedures
Plan the day to day running of sections in the kitchen
Communicate directly with the kitchen team
Carry out quality checks on stock, produce and dishes
Requirements for this Chef de Partie role are:
Experience of working with a 1AA Rosette establishment
Passion and Creative Flair
Excellent communication skills with colleagues and guests
Ability to remain calm and focused during busy service
Experience in leading a section/s and be a strong team player
Bring fresh ideas and experience

This is a permanent position.

Should also possess NVQ level 1 and 2 or equivalent, and hygiene certificate.
