Reward & HR Operations Specialist
London | Hybrid
We’re partnering with a leading financial services organisation to recruit a Reward & HR Operations Specialist into a high-performing HR team.
This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role where you’ll support senior stakeholders and operate at the centre of reward, governance and HR operations, ensuring critical processes run smoothly and accurately.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in delivering structured, high-quality support across a range of business-critical activities, including:
- Preparing and coordinating senior offer documentation, including complex reward structures
- Supporting payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing in line with reward frameworks
- Managing sensitive executive exit processes
- Supporting senior committee activity (e.g. RemCo), including papers and approvals
- Producing accurate reporting and maintaining data integrity
- Managing governance, approvals and process tracking end-to-end
About You
- Background in Reward, Payroll or HR Operations
- Strong attention to detail with a highly organised approach
- Experience producing high-quality documentation for senior stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information
