We are partnering with a leading global asset manager to appoint a Senior Digital Media & Performance Lead within its international marketing function. This is a senior, strategically important role responsible for driving digital marketing performance across paid media channels, delivering actionable insights, and embedding a test-and-learn culture across campaigns.
The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of media execution, analytics, and digital experience optimisation, working closely with regional teams to tailor global strategies, improve conversion outcomes, and enhance campaign effectiveness across multiple markets. This role would suit a highly analytical digital marketing professional with deep paid media expertise and a strong track record of driving measurable performance improvements.
The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Driving the performance of paid media campaigns across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and efficiency targets
- Translating global campaign strategies into locally relevant activity, adapting messaging, channels, and execution to suit regional market dynamics
- Partnering with external media agencies to plan, activate, and optimise campaigns, ensuring strong delivery against agreed KPIs
- Using data to evaluate full-funnel campaign performance, identifying areas to improve engagement, conversion, and overall user experience
- Leading structured experimentation programmes, including A/B and multivariate testing, to enhance performance across digital channels
- Collaborating with internal teams to optimise post-click journeys, ensuring landing pages and digital touchpoints are aligned to campaign objectives
- Producing clear, insight-led reporting using analytics tools, highlighting trends, opportunities, and performance drivers
- Presenting data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders to influence marketing strategy and investment decisions
- Acting as a key point of contact for regional marketing teams, ensuring consistency in approach while allowing for local flexibility
- Working closely with creative, content, and social teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing digital campaigns
- Identifying new channels, platforms, and optimisation opportunities to scale performance and improve ROI
The ideal candidate should have:
- Significant experience in digital marketing, ideally within asset management or financial services
- Deep expertise in paid media strategy and execution, including platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and other performance channels
- Strong analytical capability, with experience using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Proven experience designing and executing testing frameworks to improve digital performance
- The ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across regional and global teams
- Experience working with external agencies and managing campaign delivery end-to-end
- A structured, detail-oriented approach combined with commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment
