Credit Risk Manager (VP), Emerging Markets Financial Institutions 

I’m recruiting for a VP-level Credit Risk Manager to oversee a high-profile Emerging Markets portfolio spanning the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with trading, sales, and coverage teams across both lending and markets products, assessing complex transactions involving derivatives, structured lending, repo, financing, and trade products.

You will lead credit reviews, set risk appetite, analyse EM macro and sovereign dynamics, and shape risk decisions across a diverse FIG client base including banks, supranationals, and sovereigns. The ideal candidates will bring strong analytical judgement, deep familiarity with EM risk, and experience negotiating market documentation (ISDA/CSA, GMRA, GMSLA).
