Marine P&I Broker

The Role

A growing boutique Lloyd’s broker is seeking an experienced Marine P&I Broker to strengthen its specialist marine division. The successful candidate will handle a diverse portfolio of P&I and related marine liabilities, working closely with Lloyd’s underwriters and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Broking and placement of Marine P&I and associated liability risks

• Managing client relationships and servicing ongoing accounts

• Preparing underwriting submissions, slips and renewals

• Negotiating coverage and pricing with Lloyd’s and company market underwriters

• Assisting with new business opportunities and account development

• Providing technical advice and support to clients

• Ensuring regulatory compliance and high service standards

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years’ experience broking Marine P&I risks

• Strong technical knowledge of P&I and marine liability classes

• Established relationships within the Lloyd’s market

• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills

• Proactive, detail-oriented and client-focused approach
