Are you passionate about developing a people strategy that truly drives business success?
My client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation and play a pivotal role in aligning the People Plan with the overall business strategy.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with senior leadership to design and deliver a People Plan that supports organisational goals.
- Provide proactive HR support to leaders and managers, ensuring consistency in policies, processes, and cultural principles.
- Lead recruitment and selection processes up to VP level, implementing effective strategies and ensuring timely outcomes.
- Drive talent management and succession planning, identifying rising stars and supporting their development.
- Deliver and manage HR projects, anticipating risks and coaching managers through challenges.
- Streamline people processes to improve efficiency and enhance employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and communicate changes effectively.
- Support the learning and development agenda across the business.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in HR business partnering within a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under pressure.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
