HR Operations Partner (12-Month FTC)
(Financial Services – London, Hybrid)

A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced HR Operations Partner to join their People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional with expertise in compliance, and HR operations to make a meaningful impact within a highly regulated, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR Ops Manager with escalation point for HR Assistants, ensuring quality control across their outputs.
  • Manage the process on complex employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinaries, DSARs, and redundancy processes.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes with and improvements
  • Manage regulatory HR processes such as SMCR and fit-and-proper assessments.
  • Drive compliance across all HR processes, ensuring adherence to employment law and regulations in multiple locations.
  • Oversee HR data integrity and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional HR and business projects to improve operational efficiency.
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and industry regulations, including FCA standards.

About You:

  • Proven experience in HR operations, employee relations, and compliance within a complex, regulated environment (financial services preferred).
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage sensitive matters effectively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
