Talent Acquisition Assistant – Financial Services Experience Essential
A leading financial services organisation is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Assistant to provide essential recruitment and HR support. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to develop their career in talent acquisition while working in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment.
The Role
As a key member of the HR and Talent team, you will:

Draft engaging job adverts and maintain careers pages.

Monitor applications, track CVs, and manage a talent pipeline.

Provide clear, timely communication to candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

Support recruitment campaigns for internships, apprenticeships, and graduate programmes.

Liaise with recruitment partners, hiring managers, and candidates to coordinate interviews and assessments.

Ensure full compliance with regulatory and onboarding requirements in a financial services setting.

Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through data monitoring and reporting.
The Person
This role is ideal for someone who:

Has experience within financial services recruitment or a regulated industry, with knowledge of compliance-led onboarding processes.

Is organised, proactive, and able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrates excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
