The Role

As a key member of the HR and Talent team, you will:

• Draft engaging job adverts and maintain careers pages.

• Monitor applications, track CVs, and manage a talent pipeline.

• Provide clear, timely communication to candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

• Support recruitment campaigns for internships, apprenticeships, and graduate programmes.

• Liaise with recruitment partners, hiring managers, and candidates to coordinate interviews and assessments.

• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and onboarding requirements in a financial services setting.

• Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through data monitoring and reporting.
