Broker Support / Account Handler – Property, Casualty & Crisis Management – £Excellent
We’re seeking proactive and detail-oriented Broker Support Technicians and Account Handlers to join our regarded client, a lead global broking house.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career within the Property, Casualty, and Crisis Management insurance sectors, supporting complex and high-value global placements. You’ll work closely with brokers, insurers, and internal teams to deliver excellent service for clients across the US and international markets.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting broking teams on large, multinational insurance contracts across Property, Casualty, and Crisis Management.

Using technical systems and working with Offshore Partners to produce accurate policy documents and invoice requests.

Building strong relationships with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders.

Monitoring policy workflows to ensure risks remain on track with service and performance targets.

Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team and divisional goals.

Developing technical knowledge with ongoing training and support.
What we’re looking for:

Experience supporting brokers in the US and international markets is highly desirable.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the insurance sector.
