Global Workday Support Manager
Are you a global HR systems professional with deep hands-on Workday experience and a strong understanding of how people, processes, and technology come together? We’re hiring a Global Workday Support Manager to help drive the international rollout of Workday HCM, supporting teams across a fast-paced and rapidly expanding organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact on a global HR transformation in an ambitious company at the intersection of insurance, financial services, and technology.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as a trusted Workday subject matter expert across multiple regions
- Partner with stakeholders globally to assess needs and translate them into scalable Workday solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise system design and data integrity
- Guide teams through configuration challenges and support seamless implementation of new modules
- Contribute to regular testing, auditing, and rollout of Workday updates (including R1 and R2)
- Help capture and refine global HR practices, aligning them with platform capabilities
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution with minimal disruption to users
- Support data migration, system audits, and accuracy checks during deployment
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong hands-on expertise with Workday HCM in an international environment
- Exposure to additional Workday modules (e.g. Time & Absence, Compensation, Benefits) is highly desirable
- Experience supporting HR operations across multiple countries
- A collaborative working style, able to build trust across diverse, cross-border teams
- Confident in working with stakeholders at all levels and tailoring communications accordingly
- Methodical and solutions-oriented, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy
- Technically adept, especially with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
- Workday certifications are a plus, but not a requirement
