Learning & Delivery Business Partner- West Midlands with travel- c£50,000 plus benefits

Our client, a leading financial services organisation looking for an experienced Learning & Delivery Business Partner to join their People & Capability team. You’ll play a key role in building capability and confidence across our organisation — from emerging talent to senior leaders — by designing and delivering engaging learning programmes aligned to our business goals.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver dynamic, high-impact training sessions across all levels of the business – from induction to leadership development.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate them into effective development solutions.
- Design and tailor learning interventions using a blended approach (face-to-face, virtual, digital).
- Evaluate and continuously improve the effectiveness of learning programmes to ensure they deliver real value.
- Travel regularly across UK offices to deliver in-person training and build relationships on the ground.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in learning delivery within a complex, fast-paced environment – ideally in financial services or a regulated industry.
- Confident facilitator with experience delivering to diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and consultancy skills, with the ability to challenge and influence.
- A passion for learning and development, with an up-to-date understanding of adult learning principles.
- Willingness to travel across multiple sites on a regular basis (UK-wide).
- CIPD Level 5+ in L&D or equivalent is desirable.
