Are you a seasoned HR Business Partner ready to take the next step in a global, strategic role?

We’re looking for a Senior HR Leader to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking international business that is transforming how people work and connect across the globe. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape and deliver people strategies across multiple countries, supporting commercial growth and enhancing employee experience.

Acting as the right-hand to the global HR leadership team, you’ll influence at the highest levels and play a pivotal role in driving engagement, performance, and organisational effectiveness across the region. You will lead a team of HR Business Partners and collaborate with colleagues around the world to implement key people initiatives.

You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, bringing insight and challenge across the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and performance management through to development, reward, and retention. You’ll provide expert guidance on employment law, employee relations, and change management, while helping shape leadership development, mentoring, and coaching practices. You’ll also support the integration of M&A activity and be instrumental in fostering a culture that values inclusion, transparency, and collaboration.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need extensive experience working in complex, multinational organisations, ideally within the technology or innovation space. You’ll have strong working knowledge of German employment law and HR practices across Europe, along with a confident, diplomatic approach to influencing stakeholders. Experience in managing M&A transitions, navigating matrix structures, and handling sensitive matters with discretion is key. Strong communication skills and the ability to operate at pace with clarity and integrity are essential. Familiarity with Workday would be an advantage.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a truly international team where your voice will be heard and your work will have real strategic impact. The company offers a flexible hybrid working model, ongoing professional development opportunities, and a culture that celebrates new ideas, open dialogue, and shared success.

If you're an experienced, commercially-minded HR professional looking to make a difference at a global level, fluent in English and German we’d love to hear from you.
