We are working with a global investment management firm who are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Presentations Specialist to join its Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with strong data presentation experience to support a high-performing team in delivering timely, impactful, and compliant materials across the European market.
The successful candidate will manage and maintain a library of marketing presentations, with a particular focus on updating investment data and charts. You'll work closely with colleagues across marketing, communications, and client-facing teams to ensure content is both visually compelling and aligned with brand standards. This role is crucial in supporting key business meetings, events, and webinars with high-quality, scalable content.
The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Maintaining and regularly updating a centralised library of client-facing presentations using the company’s content management system.
- Preparing tailored slide decks for meetings, pitches, and events, collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet tight deadlines.
- Ensuring all updates are accurate, brand-compliant, and meet regulatory standards for financial promotions.
- Translating complex data into clear, engaging visual formats using charts, graphs, and diagrams.
- Liaising with designers and external vendors where required to uphold creative and brand standards.
- Acting as a point of contact for presentation requests, offering creative input and best practice advice.
- Streamlining production processes by introducing automation and scalable solutions to improve efficiency.
- Collaborating across departments to gather content, data, and market insights relevant to presentation needs.
- Conducting periodic reviews to improve existing templates, structures, and formatting in line with business objectives.
- Participating in special marketing and communications projects as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience creating and managing professional presentation materials.
- Strong data literacy, with confidence working with investment-related charts and figures.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, especially under time pressure.
- Familiarity with content management systems, preferably Seismic or similar platforms.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to work across teams and levels.
- A good understanding of the financial services or asset management industry is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver consistent high-quality output.
