Underwriting Support Manager
London (Hybrid) | Permanent | Competitive salary + benefits

A leading Lloyd’s Syndicate is looking for an experienced Underwriting Support Manager to lead their Underwriting Support team and help drive operational excellence across both Syndicate and MGA platforms.

Working closely with the CUO and wider Operations, you’ll play a key role in portfolio reporting, regulatory submissions, underwriting controls, and the coordination of audit and governance actions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing the Underwriting Support team

• Overseeing underwriting MI, controls, and reporting

• Supporting regulatory returns and Lloyd’s compliance

• Collaborating with stakeholders across Underwriting, Finance, Actuarial, and Risk

  What you’ll bring:

• Strong Lloyd’s market experience

• Excellent Excel / Power BI skills

• Confident communicator with leadership ability

• A proactive mindset and attention to detail
