A global investment management firm is seeking a Senior Manager – Investment Operations to lead change initiatives within its Fund Solutions team.
This is a key role responsible for driving enhancements to Middle Office operations and the firm’s IBOR platform. focusing on process optimization, system upgrades, and regulatory alignment. This role involves close collaboration with upstream teams and supports complex fund launches, ensuring effective planning, governance, and stakeholder communication as you report directly to the global head of fund solutions.
Focusing on process optimization, system upgrades, and regulatory alignment, the Senior Manager – Investment Operations will take responsibility for:

• Lead operational change projects focused on IBOR and middle-office workflows.
• Analyse current processes and design improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage system transitions and vendor integrations, ensuring seamless data migration.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, translating requirements and managing UAT.
• Support regulatory readiness and drive adoption of new systems and processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver key transformation outcomes.

The Senior Manager – Investment Operations will meet the following credentials:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in asset management, with deep experience in IBOR operations.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale operational change or system migrations.
• Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle, securities processing, and IBOR platforms.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Agile methodology experience is a plus.
