Our client, a highly respected international investment firm, is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join their global marketing team. Representing a portfolio of multiple boutique investment brands, this role offers the chance to manage and elevate digital experiences across the Americas, UK, EMEA, and Asia.
This is an exciting position for a detail-oriented and technically proficient marketer with a strong understanding of website management, SEO, and user experience. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing the firm’s web presence across multiple brands, working closely with cross-functional teams and leveraging data insights to drive performance.
The successful candidate will:
- Oversee daily website updates, including building new pages and refreshing existing content across five investment boutique websites.
- Ensure digital content aligns with branding, follows SEO best practices, and addresses the needs of a global investor audience.
- Apply on-page SEO enhancements (meta tags, alt text, keywords) and ensure adherence to technical SEO and accessibility standards.
- Monitor site functionality, resolving issues such as broken links, load speed, and outdated elements promptly.
- Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyze site performance and user behavior, supporting content and UX improvements with data-driven decisions.
- Create dashboards and performance reports to track KPIs, inform strategy, and communicate digital impact across teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in marketing, compliance, and distribution to align website initiatives with business goals.
- Offer strategic input and challenge existing plans where needed to improve site effectiveness and user journeys.
- Stay current with digital trends, tools, and regulations to keep the firm’s digital presence competitive and compliant.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as Optimizely, Webflow, and WordPress; agency management experience is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of SEO strategy, accessibility requirements, and website UX best practices.
- Experienced in GA4 and confident using data to inform digital decisions and enhancements.
- Skilled in end-to-end website project management—from scoping and briefing through testing and launch.
- Familiarity with the global regulatory landscape (e.g., SEC, FCA, GDPR, Consumer Duty).
- Comfortable working across time zones and coordinating with teams in GMT, EST, CST, and BST.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative, proactive approach.
- Financially aware, with the ability to support budgeting and monitor digital spend.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
