We are partnering with a dynamic, well-established investment firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing agenda for its specialist tax-efficient investment division. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketing professional with strong experience in financial services and a passion for impactful, educational content.
This role offers the chance to take ownership of a vital part of the firm’s growth strategy. You'll be responsible for devising and implementing a targeted marketing plan, collaborating with key stakeholders, and delivering high-quality campaigns that resonate with investors and intermediaries alike.
The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Designing and delivering a strategic marketing plan tailored to the firm’s tax-efficient investment offering.
- Developing and publishing engaging content across email and digital channels to support brand visibility and lead generation.
- Creating and managing educational events and investor engagement activities, including workshops, webinars and seminars.
- Acting as a key liaison with product, sales and investment teams, ensuring they are equipped with compelling materials such as factsheets, presentations, and insights.
- Enhancing online presence by working alongside digital colleagues on SEO, paid campaigns and broader content strategies.
- Producing regular performance updates and actionable insights by tracking and analysing the effectiveness of marketing activities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience within a regulated industry, ideally financial services or investment, with strong preference for those familiar with tax-efficient products.
- Skilled in using marketing automation tools to run and optimise multi-channel campaigns.
- Creative thinker with a proactive mindset – comfortable experimenting with new ideas and content formats.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with strong attention to detail.
- Confident user of core office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- A strong collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments and is capable of juggling multiple deadlines.
- Highly organised, self-driven, and able to deliver results with minimal supervision.
