You’ll be joining a leadership team with deep Lloyd’s and London Market experience – including a Director of Underwriting with a background at the very heart of syndicate oversight. That means the standard here is high.    This isn’t a policy-writing role. It’s a chance to shape how underwriting is structured, measured, and improved across multiple clients and portfolios. You’ll play a key role in refining frameworks, embedding controls, and supporting a smarter approach to underwriting delivery – all within a business that’s investing in doing things properly. You’ll have the autonomy to challenge how things are done, and the platform to drive real operational change – not just talk about it.
