Are you an Operational Resilience Expert looking for an exciting opportunity where you can put your own stamp on the role?

Do you have significant experience within an Investments or Wealth management environment?

Our client is hiring a Business Resilience Manager at a senior level, to join their proactive Risk team. Offering up to £60,000 plus 2 days WFH after training, and wider benefits alongside an inclusive culture which will support your professional growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Review and remediation of resilience risk, including embedding a robust framework considering 3rd Party Risk Management.

  • Partner and collaborate with Senior Department heads and stakeholders across the business to improve business continuity plans.

  • Investigation of related breaches, annual review and risk assessments and undertaking testing of controls to ensure frameworks which are fit for purpose.

Ideally you will have or be:

  • Strong previous experience within Investment, Wealth Management, Financial planning or a similar Financial Services organisation.

  • CBCI qualification or relevant Resilience / Business Continuity qualifications (ideally).

  • Previous experience of design and implementation; embedding; testing; and evolving Resilience frameworks.

  • A good working knowledge of FCA regulations and experience of keeping up to date with a changing regulatory landscape.
