A leading global investment management firm is seeking a Change Specialist (Transfer Agency) to join their growing team in Dublin on a permanent basis.

 

Working within a fast-paced environment, the Change Specialist (Transfer Agency) will support oversight activities and drive change initiatives across UK and Irish fund ranges.

 

The Change Specialist (Transfer Agency) will take on a varied role with the following responsibilities:

  • Managing regulatory and discretionary projects (including fund launches and service improvements)
  • Leading process reviews
  • Representing the firm in industry forums
  • Supporting operational excellence by making efficiencies and automations
  • Track project costs
  • Lead governance reviews
  • Contribute to a strong risk and control culture

 

The Change Specialist (Transfer Agency) will meet the following criteria:

  • 5+ years’ experience in transfer agency operations, change management or oversight
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Previous experience working in a global / international working environment
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • A passion for delivering best-in-class service
