A prestigious investment management firm with a strong international presence is looking for a Transfer Agency Oversight Specialist to join its dynamic Fund Operations team.
As a key member of the Luxembourg ManCo, the Transfer Agency Oversight Specialist will be part of a highly motivated group overseeing investor servicing across a range of fund structures and domiciles.
Key Responsibilities of the Transfer Agency Oversight Specialist:
- Oversee Transfer Agency activities (e.g. fund launches, closures) and produce regular management reports
- Monitor investor transactions and ensure activity aligns with regulatory and internal standards
- Participate in AML/KYC review cycles and ensure documentation is up-to-date
- Support product lifecycle events, including launches, closures, and structural changes
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen operational controls
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and risk assessments
- Represent Fund Operations in cross-functional meetings, providing insights and recommendations
The Transfer Agency Oversight Specialist will meet the following criteria:
- Undergraduate degree
- 2-5 years’ experience in fund operations or Transfer Agency oversight
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- A proactive mindset, able to identify potential risks and resolve them early
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and synthesizing information quickly
- A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, global environment
- Fluency in English is essential
