Our client, a top 1000 company within the digital industry, is recruiting for a PA to the COO. This role is the perfect opportunity for a Receptionist or Administrator looking to take the next step up to become a PA.
As part of this exciting role your duties will include:
- Front of house duties including greeting guests and answering some calls
- Maintaining stationary and equipment supplies and managing the post
- Coordinating team and client events
- Diary management for the executive team
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Collating all necessary documentation for meetings
- General administrative support to the COO
To be considered for this role you will need:
- To have at least one years experience in a similar role (ideally reception or administration)
- To be methodical and proactive
- To have excellent communication skills
- To be highly organised
- To be self motivated
