Technical Administrator Required within a Dynamic New Housing Association
Are you looking for a new Administrative role in the property sector where you can really make a difference in the community?
This is multifaceted role offers you the opportunity to expand your knowledge of maintenance and asset by working as an integral part of a dynamic housing team.
This social housing client are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their Property Services Department. In this role you will be assisting a contractor with the works required to bring empty properties up to letting standard. You will use your experience in social housing or property maintenance to project manage and monitor the void process, administering all invoicing and claims from contractors, negotiating with customers to achieve compliance, and working closely with internal colleagues to ensure that issues affecting new tenancies are adequately considered and managed. You will participate in contractor audits and attend void/allocations meetings to resolve day to day issues and work with the team to reduce waste demand. You will need your own car to attend contractor meetings on your designated patch.
After an initial three month probationary period working on a temporary basis, this client will offer a fixed term contract for the remainder of the year with the possibility of extension or a permanent offer.
Upon completion of your three month probation, you will be entitled to 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays, company sick pay of eight weeks full pay and five weeks half pay, and an excellent pension scheme.
The office is located in a fantastic modern business park with shops and restaurants on site and right on the cycle path to Worle train station, providing direct access to national rail network within a 5 minute walk.
