Cyber Security Consultant – Independent Consultancy
Cyber Security Consultant required to join our client in Edinburgh City Centre on a permanent basis.
My client is a specialist digital consultancy providing strategic direction to a varied client base across the UK. Most of your work will be with public sector agencies ranging from Central Government to Local Council. However, there are number of major private enterprises mixed in for good measure.
The ideal person will come from a large corporate environment; ideally a Vendor or Partner background. This role would be well suited to someone who is looking to get away from the restraints of a big company and play a part in the continued growth and success of a small independent Scottish organisation. Your role will be to lead and build the existing security team to deliver key project assignments, and who will also contribute significantly to business development
We are looking for an articulate individual with exceptional written and communication skills who has great exposure to working in a structured, professional environment.
** Worked within a Cyber Security Consulting or Security Architect role previously
** Knowledge of SABSA and TOGAF Methodologies
** Certifications: CISSP / CISM / CREST Technical Security Architect/ ISO Lead Auditor / ITIL
** Threat/Risk Modelling
** Knowledge of regulatory frameworks: ISO 27001, ISF SOGP, PCI-DSS GDPR
