Our client is expanding, and they are currently looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Customer Service Consultants, based in Kings Hill.

You will be given a fantastic starting salary of £18,000 increasing to £19,200 after your first 6 months! There is also a generous bonus scheme in place offering up to £23,400 in your first year.

There is also the chance to progress in this role increasing your basic salary to £22,500 with potential earnings for top performers of £29,250, and if being promoted to a Management role is what drives you- you can also develop your career within a thriving company through their successful Management Development Programme.

You will need to have exceptional customer service skills to be successful in this position, with the ability to communicate with people effectively, at all levels and from many different backgrounds.

This position is 100% telephone based, so you must be confident on the phone and to build a good rapport with customers on the phone.

This is a very rewarding position, as you will be talking to customers who have found themselves in financial difficulties, and you will be helping them to set up a payment plan so that they can become debt free. You must be able to talk openly with customers in a warm and friendly manner.

As an ideal candidate you will have;
Previous experience in customer service focused role or a keen interest in customer care
Accurate spelling and grammar
Good working knowledge of MS Office

Extensive training is provided.

The shift pattern for this role is;
Week 1. Monday-Friday 7.45am – 2.30pm
Week 2. Monday-Friday 2.15pm – 9.00pm + Saturday morning 8.45am – 1.30pm
