We are supporting our client, a Multinational Investment Manager with offices in London, in their search for a Remunerations Specialist to join their team. Leading on maintaining remuneration policies across a variety of global regions (including EMEA, Australia and more), you will be responsible for ensuring the right policies are up-to-date in line with regional requirements, whilst also supporting in developing pay equity reports in regard to Diversity and Inclusion. Across these tasks, this role will certainly be keeping the right candidate engaged year-round, in turn ensuring the brand name remains highly attractive to top talent globally.

This role is rather multi-faceted, particularly in that your remit will include highly Regulatory-based work as well as Compensation-based work, collaborating across various groups in HR and Compliance to ensure the firm is in excellent standing from a legal perspective; simultaneously, the Compensation aspect of the role means you will be drafting up compensation policies for the business as it continues to grow. As such you will have opportunities to be involved in illustrating the differing trends in compensation both internally and externally, whilst ensuring that roles are audited correctly. By liaising and building up relationships with your key stakeholders as well as understanding the needs of your team, you will be able to put your analytical skills to the test and identify new ways to drive value for the business.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Utilising WorkDay and other HRIS to extract compensation data
  • Working on regulatory matters, leveraging previous expertise to ensure the firm’s continued compliance
  • Modelling and analysing different trends in compensation, including accounting for current results on D&I trends
  • Overseeing various compensation initiatives and identifying new areas for improvement, aligning the firm's compensation schemes with current market trends

The ideal candidate for this role will be proficient not only in utilising a major HRIS package and developing dashboards through that data, but will equally be a fantastic presenter, able to explain both details and summaries to key stakeholders as required. They will be able to take on various projects and prioritise across them effectively. Their understanding of both Regulations globally, as well as data analytics within a Financial Services field will both be of a high standard, and they will be able to come to an interview with examples of key developments and improvements they have made in their previous role.
