Responsibilities for this role include:
- Working to provide a seamless process for the business development team by coordinating internal business units to research and gather information necessary to engage with sales targets appropriately and assist with RFP (Request for Proposal) submissions.
- Streamline reporting and extract relevant information for the business. To reduce rekeying in multiple spreadsheets and upkeep of said spreadsheets. To work with the wider Analytics/machine learning teams to extract Engage (CRM) data and enrich it with other data to provide predictive information and alerts.
- Extracting key issues from Engage (CRM)/client meeting reports, capture key detail such as client issues and pain points to feed into group MI and provide trend reporting.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in securities or the financial services industry, as well as being confident and decisive.
