As one can imagine, being right in the midst of the business’s evolving performance strategies means you will be evolving the firm by taking charge of a variety of processes in relation to performance, affecting change in spite of any challenges you may face along the way – as such you will need to be able to take on these projects and take sole charge for a variety of high value programmes, whilst summarising and reporting back across various milestones. Various unions are involved within the business so there will be an additional degree of liaison with external representatives as well as other external clients.

- Responsibility for driving forward the Performance Culture in the business, liaising with key stakeholders on current progress regularly
- Managing the programmes required to deliver the evolved performance within the firm and achieving cost-effective, efficient solutions
- Developing a new reporting model for the business, delivering insights on improvements and where organisational-wide interventions may be required
- Other ad-hoc projects on behalf of the Head of Compensation as required
There have been numerous interesting changes within the current setup of the business which means you will be on your feet regularly, and achievements you make in this role will be recognised well within the firm – and, considering the scope of this large matrixed organisation, such potential achievements will be particularly impressive to highlight on your career path in the future. This is an exciting role with various projects to work on and for the right Performance Consultant or Manager, this could be a fantastic next step.
The right person for this role, in addition to the aforementioned experience, must understand how to manage performance projects within complex-matrixed organisations. They will have demonstrable experience deploying such programmes, and will be able to go into detail on how they affected these changes, challenges they have faced doing so, and how success in achieving this project. They would ideally also have a strong network of expert advisors that they would be able to leverage in their current work.
