We are seeking a Benefits Manager to join our client, one of the world’s leading Banking Firms, and support them on implementing a variety of key benefits programmes across EMEA. Over the course of this 12-month role, you will have the opportunity to support on a variety of projects in order to ensure the Bank’s benefits packages are amongst the most competitive and attractive on the market.
Partnering with the UKROI Benefits team, as well as the Health & Wellbeing team, you will be able to scope out and build up the overall rewards offerings made across the UK and Ireland. In doing so you will build up a healthy relationship with the External Vendor Team in order to make sure all external partners meet the Bank’s stringent security standards.
Day-to-day roles might include, but are not limited to:
- Partnering with various stakeholders across the business to ensure Risk and Governance are put first in everything they do
- Measuring existing benefits packages from the firm, and determining where changes to them should be made
- Working on strategic plans to push forward other rewards-related projects across the UK
The right person for this role must have a key understanding of the Benefits space, and will be able to bring that knowledge with them to this firm in order to support in projects, queries, and more. They will understand the needs of a major Global Bank and be able to take on a variety of projects related to the Rewards space in order to achieve the business’s desired outcomes.
