Our client is a prestigious Global Investment Firm seeking out an expert in Talent Systems and Stakeholder Management to join their business as their Lead Talent Systems Specialist. Sitting as part of their HRIS function, you will be supporting on developing and configuring services for the business globally, owning the Talent Systems strategy and engaging with various senior members of HR and the business to advise them on any decisions regarding systems.
Your remit in this role will partially revolve around creating a strategy for future-proofing the organisation’s Talent strategies through new technologies and systems, identifying the current best products available on the market and which services are best suited for the business’s growth going forward. By working closely with various Service Leads across HRIS, you will be able to identify ways in which improvements can be made in the Talent space for the business through new technology packages.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with key stakeholders to educate and advise on all Systems-related decisions, identifying the current market landscape in order to implement a roadmap alongside the Technology team
- Working with various Service Leads to ensure any new technologies will map onto their current and evolving needs
- Owning the Service Reviews for various external parties to drive improvements as well as mitigate risk
- Working in a highly matrixed environment to deliver Talent Systems solutions suited for a global organisation
