Our client, a rapidly evolving higher education Technology Specialist, is seeking a Client Success Manager to join their business. In this role, you will be supporting on growing the business’s portfolio of clients in the HE sector, providing them an excellent understanding of why this firm’s products are heads-and-shoulders above the rest. As an advocate for the business, you will be able to accurately represent ongoing market trends to these clients, providing regular reporting and ensuring continuous engagement with your clients.


Some of your key responsibilities will include:


  • Managing a HE client portfolio, utilising the market knowledge and unique insights via the business in order to further build their reputation in the edtech area
  • Regularly hitting KPIs whilst being able to offer new insights and ways of thinking for the business
  • Co-ordinating your own diary and hosting meetings with clients, either online or in-person


The right person for this role will have prior experience in account management, either in a matrixed or otherwise high-growth environment. They will understand CRM engagement and will be able to autonomously maintain their pipeline for clients.
