AML Oversight Officer

I am in search for an AML Oversight Officer to join a exciting financial services firm.

The role

Work alongside senior management to establish and retain an effective AML compliance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthening the improvement, management, and oversight which will include regular review of a framework and governance structures.
• Improving the  appropriate monitoring processes and systems for quality assurance over key first line movements.
• Provide support and the development of appropriate AML training where increased AML risk, to ensure employees are up to date with current developments.

Skills and experience

• Background in compliance
• Knowledge of UK AML/CTF LAWS
• Understanding of UK regulatory regimes
• Strong communication skills

• ICA
