Working in Talent Acquisition means being an expert in the wide variety of responsibilities that keep a TA function ticking: that can mean anything from sourcing and building a fantastic pipeline of talent, benchmarking against other salaries, working with preferred suppliers, and working on D&I strategy. But more than that, you work in Talent Acquisition because you have a passion for building relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders alike, helping gain the best talent there is on the market for your firm. This role will provide you that opportunity with our client, a massive Investment Manager with offices in London.

In this position, you will be focused on supporting the business’s recruitment across their Technology department for the UK and Ireland, attracting diverse talent through your exceptional eye for talent, your strong stakeholder relationship management, and an understanding of how to work high volume Talent Acquisition for a global organisation. Alongside this, you will be responsible as part of the team in managing the firm’s Preferred Supplier Lists, continuing healthy relationships with the business’s best external hiring partners.

Some key points of your role include:


  • Filtering between both existing internal talent, as well as sourcing from other areas, in order to engage talent
  • Proffering up insight on the existing talent market, including Technology but also the broader ongoing talent market status, in order to support the whole TA Team
  • Providing a fantastic candidate experience for the business’s hiring managers and internal / external candidates alike
  • Educating Hiring Managers and other decision makers on current best practice in recruitment and selection methods
  • Supporting on the team’s D&I Strategy by identifying how to align with the overall business strategy
