As a TA Manager, you are able to leverage all these points because of your vast experience in the field, and that experience will be vastly beneficial in this role with our client, a massive Investment Manager with offices in London.
In this position, you will be focused on supporting the business’s recruitment across their Technology department for the UK and Ireland, managing a team underneath you as they acquire Technology hires for various aspects of the business. Through your understanding for talent and due process, your strong stakeholder relationship management, and an understanding of how to work high volume Talent Acquisition for a global organisation, you will be able to support the business during a time of exceptional growth. Some key points of your role include:
- Managing the Technology Talent Acquisition team
- Proffering up insight on the existing talent market, focusing mainly on the Technology space in order to support the whole TA Team
- Establishing how your team can provide a fantastic candidate experience for the business’s hiring managers and internal / external candidates alike
- Educating Hiring Managers and other decision makers on current best practice in recruitment and selection methods
- Supporting on the team’s D&I Strategy by identifying how to align with the overall business strategy
