The Role and Company:

We are on the lookout for a Client Services Specialist to join our client, a major Asset Manager with over $100Bn of assets under management. The company service these global assets which are invested in various investment strategies by institutional clients located in the UK and Europe. The business boast a great working culture, excellent development opportunities and flexible working (2/3 days WFH per week).

The Client Services Specialist will support the EMEA Client Group with client reporting, maintenance of client information, account opening and transitions for example. The Client Services Specialist will communicate with clients, manage new accounts and respond to client queries. Ideal candidates will be driven, dedicated, energetic, highly interested in investments and looking to seek a career in the institutional client services. The firm promote internal growth and offer support and guidance to all employees.

Essential Responsibilities of the role:

– Track and maintain client information, facilitate account openings, transitions, restructurings, closings, and cash flows for Fund investors.
– Communicate internally across various teams include: Compliance, Operations, Portfolio Construction and external parties including: investors and fund administrator.
– Acquire a deep understanding of the businesses resources and how other functional groups are integrated in its business process.
– Ad hoc reporting and project work

Suitable candidate profiles:

– Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials.
– Experience within the  Client Service or Operations space.  

– A Team player with outstanding interpersonal, organizational and communicative skills.

– Great attention to detail.

– Ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple projects.
