Are you an HR Admin looking for your next step? If so, we have a great opportunity with our client, a Global Financial Services firm with offices in London. An exciting opportunity to support on all things HR, assisting the HR team and its Business Partner to ensure that all ongoing administrative tasks in the business are handled with appropriate vigour.

This business has effectively doubled in size over the course of the past five years, and is continuing on a rapid yet steady growth trajectory. As such this will serve as an excellent opportunity to advance your own career, growing and learning alongside a fantastic HR department; whilst simultaneously, being able to offer up your existing strong experience in the administrative space.

Your day-to-day might include, for example:


  • Supporting on the firm’s HRIS, entering data on employees and ER cases
  • Triaging queries from line managers and other key members on acting in line with Company policy
  • Diary management and scheduling for senior members of the HR team, as well as keeping track of other ongoing business in the office
  • Creating reports for the business, including supporting on HRIS dashboards as needed
  • Assisting in ad hoc projects as well as required (such as answering HR queries on behalf of the team, co-ordinating onboarding etc)


The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in a relevant HR space either through administrative or secretarial support. This experience will ideally come from Financial Services or the Professional Services. They will have a keen analytical eye, able to spot improvements in processes and highlight them to the team, with a high attention to detail and an ability to prioritise multiple roles in a high pressure environment.
