Assistant Underwriter – Casualty Reinsurance

We have an incredible opportunity within an International Casualty Reinsurance division of a highly reputable Syndicate who are looking to recruit an Assistant Underwriter to their team.

Our Client are looking for a diverse candidate pool and will consider individuals from the following:-

(a) Underwriting – ideally UA's looking to take the step up or Assistant Underwriters looking to move sideways / change of business
(b) Brokers or Account Handlers who are looking to move over to the Underwriting fraternity
(c) Claims individuals who can utilise their strong understanding of policy coverages over to the Underwriting side.

Ideally you will have had an exposure to Reinsurance in some capacity (Fac and / or Treaty) and be highly numerate.

Salary up to £65k
Location: London
