This role is with one of our leading clients, a global Investments Manager with offices around the world, who are seeking out a highly experienced Strategy Lead to sit on their Data Governance Team and evolve its existing processes and procedures.
This role will see the successful candidate join the business in order to develop the Chief People Office’s Operations processes, ensuring that the strategic and operational development of the firm evolves into an even stronger, more resilient organisation. In driving the CPO’s Data Strategy, you will lead on the implementation of various new packages and procedures for the business in line with its future development.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Owning the CPO Data Strategy, collaborating with a variety of relevant departments within the firm
- Assessing quarterly and annual metrics on the organisation’s datasets
- Ensuring the successful embedding of governance training into all ongoing procedures
- Developing up the existing owners of different datasets in regards to compliance
- Communicating developing changes in data governance with key stakeholders
The right person for this role will have a demonstrable track record in leading on improvements and innovations within a business, and will be able to juggle multiple priorities and deliver on all of them equally. They will thrive in a high-volume environment, being able to build up excellent relationships with key stakeholders in order to ensure the changes needed can be implemented and communicated as required. They will have experience in agile project delivery, and be able to manage a rapidly-evolving environment.
