Our client is a global Investment Management Firm with offices in the City of London offices, and they are currently seeking a Talent and Development Partner to join them. Working within their Personal Finances department, you will be ensuring that every part of the talent process – from identifying new talent needs, through to guiding on building a strong talent pipeline – runs smoothly as the firm continues to evolve. 

This role will have the successful candidate work on aligning the business’s strategy within their Workplace Finances department vis-à-vis dentifying key ways in which leadership can improve on their talent and L&D practices in alignment with current market practice. Staying at the forefront of the Talent & Learning space, you will be able to coach leaders within the Personal Finances department as well as support the broader HR department in building a healthy talent pipeline that can continually serve both the business and its team member’s needs with excellent talent.

Some key points of your role include:

  • Filtering between both existing internal talent, as well as sourcing from other areas, in order to engage talent
  • Aligning approaches to succession planning and leadership development in line with business needs, proffering up insight on the existing talent market
  • Developing the overall trajectory of the Personal Finances Department’s growth in partnership with the HR BP team
  • Educating Hiring Managers and other decision makers on current best practice in recruitment and selection methods
  • Supporting on the team’s D&I Strategy by identifying how to align with the overall business strategy
