Senior HR Business Partner sought to assist with both the operational duties as well as the strategic growth of its already very well thought of Front Office, Sales and Marketing function.
A really exciting opportunity with a top tier Investment Manager has been created due to growth of the business. We are assisting said firm to recruit an experienced Senior HR Business Partner for their forward thinking and proactive Human Resources function. You will be joining at a really exciting time as the company in question is going through a significant period of acquisitions and investment. Although Senior and will have the responsibility of working with Senior Leads within the business the role still has a need for a very hands on approach.
You as the successful candidate will be responsible for truly partnering with the Senior Management team within Sales and Distribution across multiple offices globally and will be offering a full generalist service.
The company truly is forward thinking and have employee wellbeing at the forefront of everything they do. This is highlighted within the HR projects you and the rest of the HR team will be responsible for. This role is offering a fully hybrid working model.
Reporting into a fantastic and knowledgeable Head of HR you will be tasked with:
- Proactively partnering a senior team of business leaders whilst continually coaching and influencing
- Advise and lead on recruitment needs for designated departments
- Act as main point of contact for all employee queries
- Driving the development of your business units’ employees, ensuring professional development
- Act as SME for all HR projects including D&I and true value add incentives.
- Being the HR lead for the opening of international offices.
The role is joining an HR team that is extremely well thought of within the internal structure of the business and is integral in working towards the company’s strategy and business goals.
- CIPD Qualified (or equiv)
- Financial Services experience highly desirable.
- Experience of working in a business with significant growth
- Proven track record of partnering leaders during a period of change
