I am working with a leading Investment Manager who require a Learning Manager to join their growing Learning & Development team in the London office.

This is a team going through an exciting period since it’s inception a few years earlier and this brand new opportunity reflects the success they have experienced within the business. The Learning Manager will join the team as they spearhead a variety of projects and will be responsible for handling all areas of Learning & Development from creating content to delivering global projects.

As well as working with a supportive and hands-on wider HR team, the client in question have always ensured employee wellbeing is at the forefront of everything they do. They positively enforce a good work life balance and will offer a continued balance of working from home and in the office.

You as the Learning Manager will have a proven history of working with key business stakeholders within a complex matrixed environment as well as being able to evidence the successful project management of learning-based rollouts.

As the successful candidate you will be tasked with:

• Implement creative and impactful learning programmes, being at the fore front of any emerging learning trends
• Form strong relationships across the business with stakeholders and the wider Talent team
• Work to analyse the core learning needs within the business and create strategies accordingly

To be a Learning Manager in this environment you will have experience in the following areas;

• Learning/ L&D Project Management
• eLearning/Virtual Classroom
• Delivering successful blended learning solutions
• Working on global projects within a complex matrixed organisation
