Set in a beautiful heritage building located in the Stunning South Coast – the establishment offers 30 letting rooms and 2 Restaurants. You will be working alongside the talented Head Chef in delivering great food and service with the support of the inspirational front of house team.

Be a highly experienced Restaurant Manager with a proven track record
Possess excellent management, people and inter-personal skills
