An enthusiastic, Inspirational , Talented and dedicated SOUS CHEF is required to work at this luxurious AA Rosette Boutique Hotel and Restaurant in Suffolk.

The venue is set in picturesque Suffolk surroundings and is a sumptuous place to stay with exotic and stylish furnishings designed for comfort and luxury. The award winning selection of food and drink, including elegant AA Rosette which serves superb modern British cuisine but each dish has a twist of something delicious using fresh local produce which is sourced from the surrounding area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Sous Chef who wants to gain experience in a prestigious establishment. You will be expected to work within this exceptional brigade and assist in maintaining the fantastic accreditations achieved by this hotel.

Requirements for this Sous Chef position:-

NVQ Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent
Food Hygiene Certifications
Good written and spoken English
A flexible attitude
Restaurant or Hotel Background
Good Communication skills
Good Team Player and Leadership skills
A real passion for the Industry & and eye for detail
Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
