We are supporting our client, a Lloyd’s Leading broker, in their search for a Senior Financial Lines Claims Advocate, to join the business in their amazing London offices on a full time basis, flexible/hybrid basis. Working on average 2 days a week in the office and 3 days at home, you will be utilising your experience in Financial Lines Claims, to cover matters across a variety of areas.
In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing the firm’s financial lines claims portfolio, you will be dealing with a large bulk of Professional Indemnity claims within the US Territories as well as being exposed to other financial lines claims such as Financial Institutions, and D&O.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Ensure a swift response and settlement of claims, whilst constantly reviewing service standard
- Negotiate complex claims with markets in order to maximise client retention
- Provide strategic advice to clients where required in respect of claims
- Attend senior level client and market meetings in order to resolve more complex claims
The right candidate for this role will have a great understanding of the Lloyd’s Claims market, specifically in PI however not limited to other financial lines. This role requires an individual with prior experience claims handling with advanced expertise and knowledge in technically sophisticated claims topics.
