My client is seeking a Contracts Manager with strong experience in the WATER industry to work throughout Scotland on water infrastructure projects and frameworks.
As Contracts Manager within the WATER sector, you will be leading a team of Project Managers, agents and site based staff and be focussed on leading the team and a portfolio of projects from contract award through to completion. Projects include working on:
The Client:
The client is a leading service provider to the English and Scottish water infrastructure sectors. As a Main Contractor they specialise in utilities, rail and special projects and are looking to expand significantly in 2010 with the Scottish Water releasing more works as AMP5 gains momentum.
The Role:
The Contracts Manager will be focussed on Project Delivery and Managing the contractual and commercial elements of projects. Typical project values will be between £1-10m with the Contracts Manager expected to manage a portfoilio of several projects at any one time. You will have experience of working in the Scottish water sector as a main contractor and working on Scottish Water Authority frameworks/tendered projects in a role of Contracts Manager / Senior / Project Manager.
