An excellent opportunity has come available for a skilled and authorised electrical meter installer to join a national utilities contractor. The successful candidate will already have been trained in CT metering and be able to work effectively on their own initiative and without supervision.

This position will also involve the installation of three phase metering, AMR metering and occasional single phase meters, although the majority of the work will be in commercial premises.

Due to our Client’s specific requirements, electricians who have not previously worked for a metering contractor/electrical supplier and have been MOP/MOCOPA audited and inducted will not be suitable for this position on this occasion.

Applicants who hold electrical qualifications and metering skills to CT standard will have a distinct advantage, although the electrical qualifications are not essential if you can prove your knowledge within the metering industry.

This position offers an excellent basic annual salary and the role will initially be offered on a Temporary to Permanent basis only spread over a 20 week period. Full details are available upon application.
