A leading specialist in the design, supply and installation of integrated audio visual systems. Due to continued growth in the company are now seeking to recruit an internal IP & Video Helpdesk support specialist who will provide first line support to clients for all post sales IP and Video related technical calls. The Ideal candidate will be degree educated with experience of IP and V.C with knowledge of Tandberg, Polycom and Networking protocols.

The Role: * To Provide first line support to the clients. You will have knowledge of Tanberg Polycom and a good understanding of networking and protocols.
* Experience of 1st and 2nd Line Support, Technical support for Video Conferencing equipment and General A.V Technical knowledge of Crestron and AMX control systems
* Microsoft windows server and windows 2000 / XP/ Vista
* An outgoing personality with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
* Works well under pressure and enjoys interaction with clients.
