P.A. to HEAD OF MARKETING

Newbury Circa £14.00 - £15.00 per hour

Working for this international communications company Vodafone at the Headquarters in Newbury Assistant to Head of Marketing and Head of M2M this is a temporary contract initially for 1 month and may also extend to a six month contract working five days per week Monday to Friday at the very prestigious offices outskirts of Newbury. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience, working at a senior secretarial role previous experience of Vodafone would be excellent but not essential as long as you have corporate experience this is an immediate start opportunity .!! so don’t delay make contact today

You will be confident dealing with people at all levels previous experience
in a similar role essential working at Director Level in a corporate environment
* Professional and proficient dealing with all administration and confidential paperwork
Able to grasp new concepts very quickly and thrives in an exciting vibrant work environment
* A good time manager with excellent multi tasking ability who is very familiar * working for a busy Director within strict timetables
* Self motivated and able to prioritise own work effectively and efficiently.
* Ability to use MS Office applications to a high standard, Excel spread sheet and SAP
