Paramount Clinical Research: Experienced Statistician - Cheshire.

An innovative Health Care Company is currently seeking an experienced Statistician to join their established team in Cheshire. This varied and challenging role is ideal for a statistician looking to progress their career in a forward thinking company.

As the Statistician you will work along side the clinical programme manager, reviewing clinical trial data and assisting with the development of appropriate statistical programmes. You will be responsible for reviewing the in-house team data, extracting supportive relevant information, analyzing all data on a continual basis for adverse reaction signals together with the medical team and supporting the ISMC data requirement. As the statistician you will be expected to mentor and train junior members of the programming team and liaise with Statisticians from Clinical Research Orgnaistions.

Successful candidates should have a BSc in statistics or related discipline. Ideally 2 years experienced working as a Statistician within a clinical research organisation of pharmaceutical company. A sound knowledge of SAS and advanced statistical packages are essential. Good interpersonal and communication skills are also required.
