A very exciting opportunity has become available for a Clinical Research Associate II (CRA) to join a global Clinical Research Organisation in Poland. Valid work status is essential, and for the right person this will be a very exciting and rewarding role. The company provides a range of contract research, medical marketing and consulting services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries.

Responsibilities of a Clinical Research Associate II (CRA) include the overseeing and conduct of a clinical trial to ensure the quality and integrity of data produced at investigator sites, in accordance with GCP is met.
In co-ordination with the Regional Coordinating and/or Primary Clinical Research Associate II (CRA), you will exercise ownership for project activities related to monitoring function. The Clinical Research Associate II (CRA) will liaise with clinical investigators and other site personnel in order to carry out this responsibility.

To be considered and work as a Clinical Research Associate II (CRA) you must have the following skills and experience;

- Life Science, medical or related qualification
- Ideally 2 years+ in a pharmaceutical, CRO, Biotech or device company; monitoring clinical trials
- Competent in English, and local language with written and oral communication skills are essential
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and complete them in an accurate and timely manner
- The ability to communicate with professional medical personnel
- A strong understanding of the drug development process and excellent knowledge of ICH-GCP
- The flexibility to travel an average of 60-65%, often overnight, occasional international travel
- Valid work status in the assigned country
